"We arrived late afternoon and were unable to open the lock box to access the key. Our USA phone would not connect a local call so we had to find someone with a phone willing to call the local cohost to get us in. We found out that we had been given the wrong code. We loved the folding glass doors opening our room up to a beautiful view. The other two wood doors to access the bathroom and the front door were such a tight fit we had trouble opening and closing them. The outdoor kitchen is a...

"Didn't get directions for two days and when we did, it was in French with numerical coordinates. Place was very hard to find due to lack of street signs.Other than a loose kitchen faucet it was a good place to stay."

"We had an extremely relaxing time in this house. Kitchen is outdated for us who love cooking but we still made it work. Coming from Matira beach previously, the surrounding and water is not as attractive but you can still swim from the dock.We enjoyed the quietness and again very relaxing time for a family of 5 without feeling crowded.Very welcoming. "I traveled alone as a 77 year old English speaker. The care and concern of the staff and owners was very important. They arranged for my transport back to airport for an early flight. The breakfast was a variety of fruit and banana pancakes. The dinner was outstanding and beautifully presented. A laid back small resort "

"We were very happy with our stay at St Regis. From the moment we stepped on to the yacht to take us to the island till we fly out we were treated with luxury. The staff were next level in friendliness. Our personal assistant Chloe was absolutely amazing for us. Our canoe breakfast was absolutely fantastic. The restaurant staff were always on hand to please and the food was always delicious. The Lagon restaurant and 727 Bar were exceptional and the view of the mountain sunset was spectacular. We couldn't fault our holiday in any way, and we plan to return. A big thank you to everyone there, you are all truly a credit to your organisation. "

A nice stay in a traditional style beach house

"This is a great place to stay on Raiatea with its own little beach. We liked the open concept and the property management is very accommodating. The beach isn’t the best for swimming due to lots of coral but we did enjoy kayaking to the nearby Motu where more swimming possibilities exist. The nearby restaurant that you can walk to, Fish & Blue, is a real treat. "
