"Property is a 5 minute walk to the nicest beach on the main island. Property overlooks IC property. Only con is water bungalows are in very shallow water and this side of the island is a little rough so you can’t float next to bungalow or relax in water. Not the fault of the property but just knowing this would have saved me 4 pounds of floated in my luggage. The resort is also very close the the best thin crust pizza, Lucky House and BBC is walking distance which was great views and food too. People were very nice and helpful. The buffet breakfast was very good, it’s just the same things everyday. It got old after a while. Loved our stay here’"

"Excellent stay"

"Our favourite place we stayed in French Polynesia. We spent 4 nights here out of our 3 week trip. We stayed at several homes & finished off with the Four Seasons, & if we had to pick only one place to stay, Orama lodge would be the place. The bungalow we stayed at was built by one of the owners, Alain who is a master carpenter, with the support of this beautiful wife Regina. It was built for their son with love & thoughtfulness, & we felt it as soon as we walked in. It has an amazingly comfortable 4 post bed, fully equipt kitchen, laundry, perfect bathroom, & an extra shower outside for when returning from the beach. And we needed anything, our hosts would provide with a sincere smile. Regina took us for a walk, telling us stories of the past, & pointing out the plants and trees that have been used by the locals for food and medicine. It was truly a special experience. They also arranged for us the most amazing tour that we've ever been on. Wow. We spent time sitting on their deck talking about life, our pasts, & our hopes for the future. They love hosting guests & sharing their experiences to help guests have the best experience possible. Regina made us delicious banana bread, & then sent us off with more fresh banana bread to our next stop. They welcomed us into their home with flower leis & sent us off with seashell leis, as is the custom here. They are beautiful humans, with a contagious love for life & laughter that filled our spirits. It truly felt like home. "

"Oh. My. Goodness! The entire island itself looks like it was made from AI, the property is so immaculate, the staff treats you like royalty, the restaurants should be (if not) Michelin star, the huts are more well equipped than my house (love the Bluetooth surround sound), I could go on and on! Dian at concierge is such a doll, but honestly they’re all so sweet. Were already dreaming about when we can come back!"
