"Perfect for visiting Parma. I didn't need to use a taxi to see any of the central areas of the city because the studio is so well located. It had everything I needed, the check-in and check-out was smooth, and Nicolo was very prompt to reply to any queries. I will definitely book this apartment again if I return to Parma."

"The property was changed on us without notice. The unit they gave us was up two flights of steps. I purposely chose a ground floor unit as I'm disabled and cannot climb step. Upon entering the property, there was only 1 working fan for the entire unit. It was over 90 degrees in the unit. Again, I am disabled and cannot handle that kind of heat. "The apartment is in a very quiet and safe area, about 10-15 minutes on foot from the Duomo and the Teatro Regio. There is an exceptional restaurant about 100 metres away, but we never managed to get in. The hosts, Natalya and Antonio are extremely kind and thoughtful, the apartment is very comfortable, the kitchen quite small but adequately equipped. Highly recommended "
