The property is fully fenced and has a beautiful outdoor area with a swimming pool, a manicured lawn and a covered terrace with an outdoor dining area and a barbecue. There are also two car parking spaces. Inside, Casa Veranda comprises a living room with a well-equipped kitchen and dining area, a sofa bed, a shower room and a separate toilet. Motovun, in the heart of Istria, is known for its film festival, thermal spring and well-preserved historical buildings. The villa's central location makes it ideal for exploring the sights of Istria. Visit the coastal towns of Pula, Rovinj and Porec or enjoy a trip to the Brijuni National Park, known for its beautiful beaches, golf courses and zoo. Experience Istrian cuisine in local taverns or go on a truffle hunting adventure in the Motovun forest.
