"The water had a wierd smell, the onsen was boiling hot to the point where we couldn't tolerate it, and the food was not good. All 3 of us got food poisoning from the "traditional Japanese breakfast " they served"

Great location
"The hotel is close to the Ropeway and Pirate ship, as well as a mainbus station and so perfect for getting around. I had a huge room with a great view of the lake. The public bath was also great. Yes, its outdated and there's a strange smell, but dont let that put you off, you will have a great time ..."
