"We were disappointed with the property. Two rooms and up to seven guests does a lot of heavy lifting in the description. Our kids bedroom was also the shared dining room and lounge. There is also air conditioning but only in one room. It is not available in the bedroom. A washing machine is available but you have to pay extra for this which felt cheep and penny grabbing. I found the correspondence with the owner difficult and received a curt reply when seeking to clarify entry arrangements. "

"Great location, a short walk from the castle. Comfortable triple room, which actually had two beds in a separate section (ideal), plus a fridge and kettle. Good breakfast with an excellent array of fresh fruit, and fresh rolls. We had a very warm and helpful welcome from Mohammed; he explained how to reach the town centre and had restaurant recommendations - we enjoyed our meal at Lehner Wirthaus. A little noise from the train station but we slept well. Thoroughly recommended. "

"We had a reservation and I showed it at the desk; however, they said it was for the next night. So at 7:00 pm, my 87 yr old mother, son, daughter in law and two kids ages 2 and 4 had no place to stay! Nobody was helpful. Very disappointing!"
