The location is great. Although the agents of the owner knew when we arriving (I booked airport transfer through them), nobody met us and by chance we found a lady who could phone them telling that we are waiting them to open us the door from the street. We found that the electric shutter of the balkony didn't work and the balkony curtains falled down when we first touched them trying to open, the drainage in the shower box was extremely slow so we couldn't enjoy the shower while waiting for the water to drain: I messaged them about these issues but they didn't do anything because, as they said, they need to take permission from the owner to fix it. I messaged them before arriving to Mostar asking for late check out and they said that this will depend on the situation last day. One day before leaving the apartment they messaged me to check out before 12 and I can keep the key and my belongings in the apartment untill 3:30 pm. We went shopping at around 10:00 am. Finally when we were back collecting our bags at around 1:30 an agent named Ivan entered the apartment without knocking and crying why we are still in the apartment and why my wife used a towel to pray on it? Actually we ourselves washed around 7 towels the day before. I told him that we are sorry and we may pay extra for washing this towel but he kept being unpolite and shameless. This guy should not be allowed to deal with customers because it seems that he hates others. Other agents: Ammar and Asia were great.
