Old property, renovated rooms but feels low grade. Bed linens and towels are very thin... mattress is not comfortable feels like sleeping on a concrete slab. Difficult communicating with front desk staff at check in as they speak only Portuguese and no even a basic of English or Spanish and makes no effort trying to understand.

Quartos mto distantes das áreas comuns ( recepção, restaurante, piscina... Formiga no quarto, pouca informação como senha de wi-fi, horário de café da manhã, etc... Piscina suja com mtas folhas. Café da manhã ótimo com mtas variedades só q como tinha mtos hospedes não tinha mesas pra todos.

Um hotel muito bom pra relaxar com a família , parque aquático , piscinas térmicas , bom restaurante , inclusive japonês . Dois pontos negativos : havia formiga no quarto , mas se é sol é facilmente com Dedetizacao e a demora no restaurante pra servir os pratos . De resto , um hotel muito bonito e aconchegante .

Estadia ruim
Definitivamente, não gostamos. A acústica do quarto era péssima, o chuveiro estava em condições lamentáveis, o banheiro tinha um vazamento próximo do vazo sanitário, o bar molhado estava cheio de formigas e sujeira, além disso, o que pedimos demorou pra chegar e ainda veio errado. Apenas o café da manhã e as piscinas termais estavam de acordo com o que esperávamos.
