"Der Aufenthalt selbst war gut, Maloja ist ein Traum und das Appartement war gemütlich. Ein Check-in-Vorgang war praktisch nicht vorhanden, wenn uns die anwesenden Reinigungskräfte nicht zu einem Schlüssel verholfen hätten, ständen wir jetzt noch dort. Keinerlei Hinweise per Mail o.Ä. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur beschränkte sich auf ein Mail zwei Tage vor Abfahrt. Mehrmals Versuche, dort anzurufen, scheiterten. Ob das Appartement über WLAN verfügt, wissen wir nicht.
