Very enjoyable. A bit disappointed in parking. Vehicle had to be park in street the last night. Although one of the staff members said he would move his car, I think that it goes without saying that guests should get preference.

Liked: Cleanliness, room comfort
Quite basic but very inexpensive
Unusual hotel, had a chalet feel, room was a good size, internet was OK. No in house services, but several restaurants were nearby. Only 50 yards from the beach. Not much comfort in the room, only place to sit was what appeared to be a park bench, there was a balcony with a table and light chairs to use the balcony.
Very comfortable stay in the most perfect location. Love this apartment nr 20. 4th time staying here, and will most definately return. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!
Comfortable clean rooms with seaview and balcony. Underground parking but we parked on road and had no problems. Each room different, not bland identical rooms , our table was partly made from driftwood . Had dinner at the point hotel which was disappointing but breakfast at seafront restaurant great with fabulous views of beach. Would definitely stay here again.
Booked for two nights. Room was like a self contained apartment, huge size, done to very high standard.Ours on second floor. Only problem NO AIRCON and Balcony Patio window in Living room needed upgrading as gaps at bottom, hard to fully close so couple of gaps near locking mechanism which lead to couple of insect beasties getting in....but hey it was in Africa! Great Value for money too.
We stayed for one night in January 2016. The hotel feels like a hybrid between a hostel and a hotel with the common areas, lockers and reception being hostel like. The rooms were huge and included a kitchen and a balcony with a barbecue. There is free underground car parking. The local area is quite scruffy but the sea views are amazing.
We only spent one night, but wish we could have stayed longer. The units were basically large, two bedroom apartments. We had suite #20 which has wraparound windows overlooking the ocean. I felt like we were in a beer commercial. The staff were also great. It wasn't cheap (we were there during the Christmas holidays), but it was wonderful. No complaints; just kudos.
ease in which we were check in was fantastic. a most pleasant surprise for my wife and I was the secure parking.as the hotel was not full we were giving an excellent room. we will definitely stay again.
Friendly staff, extended our stay by a day without hassle. Bit noisy at night due to traffic to The Point area, next to caravan park. Did not help that the Buffalo Rally was about to start on the weekend, and they revved their bikes at the drop of a hat. Naturally, no fault of the hotel. The slope in the shower of room 13 [31!] is not towards outlet, so the water tends to accumulate. For the rest, no complaints whatsoever. Nice TV with satellite channels.
Don't expect much out of the hotel except as a place to sleep. The location is perfect and walking distance to most everything you need to do in Mossel bay.
The apartments were spacious, well equipped and located very near the sea. However it was the staff who made our stay extra special. They went to great lengths to ensure our bicycles were secure in the basement car park and provided security for the van that could not fit in the car park below. I would recommend this place for both families and individuals as the room types cater to a variety of group sizes. Definitely a great stay!
Although I booked and paid for one night at this hotel , I did not stay here--it was that unacceptable, Quite frankly the backpackers lodge looked better than this place! We ended up staying at the Point Hotel around the corner--much better!!!. What was wrong--oh , just about everything----no Shower, just a tub--not even a shower attachment so that you could stand in the tub and bathe. Extremely bare room--just a couple of beds, really. No reception area ,just a very worn, ugly threadbare red victorian couch in the doorway!! Couldn't get out of there fast enough!!! The place is a dump!!!
Disappointing. Our room had a mould problem and we were downgraded to a room with no table or chairs and a wetness problem with a drain smell. We were offered an upgrade but would have had to pay the difference. My opninion is that the rooms arer mostly rented for one night, so complaints about the smell/mould/moisture do not really get fixed. The room is merely cleaned as usual and then rented again, the problem persisting. We had a 16 day visit there for family reasons. Staff were pleasant and helpful, but could not fix the problem.
Nice hotel. We booked one day in advance and were even upgraded to a suite with stunning view over Mossel Bay. Everything was easy and the suite was really clean. Good choice!
Good 3 star hotel with a few flaws and NO services and NO restaurants....The lift seemed to work occasionally only. We stayed in Suite 17 - a 2-Bedroom apartment. The apartment was a bit tired and the smaller room very dark. This apartment has no sea view. Over all we enjoyed our stay, as we knew what to expect.
The hotel was very well situated for local restaurants and bars. The room was very spacious (it was a triple room however) clean with all the amenities for self catering. The downside of my stay was that the hotel is on quite a busy road so its O'k if your an early riser otherwise be prepared for not much sleep also the shower in the room only delivered a trickle of water.
