"Beautiful modern hotel in a beautiful traditional building in the heart of old town Constanta. You can’t beat the location with old town right out your window, the boardwalk and the beach within walking distance. It was surprisingly quiet (our stay was Tuesday-Thursday). To be extra picky the only issues we had was no AC during the winter months so it was really hot in the room. Even with the windows open we were hot. The smart TV didn’t have access to any streaming apps. I know those are specific American problems. "

"This hotel is some way from the city, high above the port. But with excellent bus services and a wide view, it's well worth the extra few $$ .. Didn't use the breakfast service ( as I made my own meals, the kitchenette in the room is basic but just right for saving money) but if it matches the cool vibe of the staff ladies it must be pretty good 🙂 Also the T V was most welcome, many Eng Lang films on the satellite deals in Romania."
