The place is a lovely farm house with rooms that have are comfortable and modernized. The hosts are lovely, welcoming, and provide a delicious breakfast with home made jams and juices. The location is perfect if you have a car to see all of the D Day locations and museums.

The best and kindest hosts ever! We had an incredible experience and will definitely be coming back soon! Highly recommend if you’re looking for something close to Omaha and want to experience the calmness and quietness of the country side. Very beautiful home with history and charm.

A perfect stay near everything
We can't say enough good things about Jose Luis and Segolene's beautiful bed and breakfast! It was close to everything we wanted to explore, the breakfast was WONDERFUL with fresh pressed juice and a fire to sit in front of and the property was beautiful inside and out. They are amazing hosts with a lot of knowledge of the area. It's quiet and has everything you need.

Wow, what can I say. This property is amazing. Quiet, unique, charming and relaxing. Close to all the WWII sites. Hosts are absolutely amazing, helpful, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the area and the history. I highly recommend staying here if you have a chance.

Hope one day we can return.
Beautiful & historical building newly renovated in the amazing countryside of Mosles. Room was very comfortable, and a delicious breakfast was included. What we will never forget is the hospitality offered by Jose Luis and Ségolène. Our trip would not have been the same without their assistance. Jose Luis also does tours on his WWII jeep and my husband was over the moon. Jose Luis also helped has plan the rest of the days so we could see as much as possible. Jumbo, their Labrador retriever is a sweetheart! If we ever get the chance to go back to Normandy, we will stay here. If we could give them 10 starts, we would.

Two nights in Normandy.
The property is absolutely perfect and was exactly as described. The only hitch was that when we arrived, the driveway gate was locked and when we rang the bell it was some time before it was opened. It turned out neither of the hosts was there, but the husband host’s niece was. She was very nice but it wasn’t clear she was expecting us. We had been told to expect the husband. She spoke serviceable English (but no French) and showed us our room. From that that moment on the stay was impeccable. The hosts were very kind and we had a simple but delicious breakfast both mornings. The building is a wonderful renovated farmhouse, with some interesting additions (pool table, pinball machine). Overall this place is a 5/5.and I would recommend highly.

we hadden een heerlijk verblijf op een mooie locatie met prettige kamer, goed ontbijt en bijzondere sympathieke en hulpvaardige eigenaren. we waren wel wat teleurgesteld in het feit dat de zitkamer, waarvan op de site aantrekkelijke foto's stonden, niet echt bedoeld bleek voor de gasten (temeer daar onze kamer geen zithoekje had waar we 's avonds gezellig konden zitten).

Chic and Elegant
A very well thought out and stylish place to stay. A very welcoming family run business in a fabulous location in a tranquil setting and incredibly well priced. Our bedroom was beautifully decorated, with crisp linen and and a powerful shower. Our host provided homemade conserves and juice for breakfast which added another dimension to a fabulous stay. Ségolène and her family are wonderful hosts and we will definitely be recommending her to our friends.

Prachtige plek om de D-day stranden te bezoeken
Hele mooie en rustige locatie. Dichtbij alle bevrijdingsstranden, dus ideaal om deze te bezoeken. Je hebt wel een auto nodig! Kamer is heel erg ruim, mooi en schoon. Het internet/wifi was zwak, goed om rekening mee te houden. Wij hadden deze B&B voor meerdere dagen geboekt, vooral omdat er op Vrbo-site de beschikking over een gameroom stond vermeld. Dat sprak ons aan, vooral als je een hele dag op pad bent geweest en in avond wat wil relaxen. Helaas was deze gameroom doorgaans gesloten en kon je er alleen op verzoek/in overleg verbruik van maken. Achteraf hebben we gezien dat dit op de eigen website van de B&B wel duidelijk vermeld staat. Wij vonden hierdoor, zeker in combinatie met zwak internet en het feit dat je niet op loopafstand van een dorpje zit, de avonden hier wat tegenvallen. Verder alles top en vriendelijke eigenaren!

Relaxing and Uncomplicated
A few minutes off the main Bayeux to Omaha road but feels quite remote and therefore very quiet and peaceful. Room was spacious with comfortable bed and good shower. Breakfast was simple but lovely with homemade jams and apple juice with apples from the orchard. We felt very welcome! Having no TV in the bedroom was a bit of a surprise but actually we enjoyed not having it. WiFi worked well. We know the area well but wanted to visit the new British Normandy Memorial and weren't disappointed.

AMAZING Stay
4 wonderful nights with the most friendly and hospitable hosts! The home is a truly historic landmark in the gorgeous countryside about 15 minutes outside of Bayeux. Short drive to everything you would want to see on the Normandy coast. We spent a whole day in Bayeux at the tapestry museum, cathedral, D-day museum and shopping. The area is beautiful and rich with history, as sad as it was to remember. Our room was well suited, the king sized bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom very spacious. The stairs are a little steep, but doable for us. The family was beyond helpful in providing breakfast, making reservations for dinner, and helping direct us to the best sites. We had a fabulous time and would highly recommend this location as a base for Normandy travels. We were blessed with such incredible hosts! We will be back!

Ein Highlight unserer Normandiereise
Wunderschön renoviertes altes Gut auf dem Land, liebevoll eingerichtet, großzügige Zimmer, alles sehr sauber, leckeres Frühstück vor dem Kamin, guter Ausgangspunkt für die Landungsstrände, Bayeux, für Radtouren etc. Wir haben uns bei Ségolène, José-Luis und Jumbo sehr wohl gefühlt, 100%ige Weiterempfehlung

Sehr schönes liebevoll restauriertes Landhaus
Das Anwesen wurde von den Eigentümern sehr schön und mit Liebe zum Detail restauriert. Unser Zimmer war groß, sehr sauber, das Bad modern und die zuvorkommende Art von José Luis hat unseren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht. Vielen Dank dafür.

Gemütliches Zimmer in idyllischer Umgebung
Die Vermieter sind sehr sehr freundlich und haben das Haus selbst restauriert und hergerichtet. Das Zimmer ist sehr großzügig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles ist in bester Ordnung und sehr sauber. Parkplätze sind direkt auf dem Gut verfügbar. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und komplett selbst gemacht inkl. Baguette und Marmeladen.

Pour nous, c'était la première fois qu'on était en Normandie, Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Ségolène et José Luis, belle découverte de la région, ainsi que la chambre d'hôte, un lieu atypique, tranquille, pour se ressourcer avec un bon petit-déjeuner avec confitures maison....je recommande vivement...
