"Check in was very easy. The apartment was clean and owner very thoughtful w/baskets of towels on the bed and the “bee kind” products. Enjoyed walking to dining, shopping and the library. The people of Hot Springs are working hard to carry on from Helene. We were blessed to have experienced the 1st train to come through after Helene. Great place, can’t wait to come back."

"Let me be brutally honest. The place was in a decent area and quiet. Was easy to find. However, it was not cleaned at all, stains on the sheets of both bed, crumbs in bed, dirt on floor. Not too mention there was no cold water for the shower, so in order to take one, we would have to burn our skin. Tried multiple times to contact and no answer. Finally got ahold of automated service. Nobody would do anything. Nobody checked. Had to leave early. Seems like they do not care about the people...
