Come enjoy a relaxing getaway in this whole House Lake Front rental, on Moses Lake. Including 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 dining areas, and a spacious kitchen. Over 3000 sqft. Back yard is fully fenced with private Dock deep enough to moor a boat. Spend time on the lake, Kayaking or Paddle boarding. Visit the local water park, sand dunes, or golf courses. This is truly a home away from home.

The house has parking for up to 6 vehicles (including trailers). The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need. Garage has a fun Game Room that includes a full size pool table, foosball, basketball, arcade machines, and a large flatscreen TV. It also has an extra refrigerator and cloths dryer. Outside you will find several kayaks and a paddleboard for your use along with lifejackets and lake towels. The house also has 2 hot water tanks. Come enjoy life on the lake! NO Pets and NO Smoking allowed on this property.

Note: The city of Moses Lake drains the lake partially during the winter months. Please be aware that the lake may be low during your stay between late fall to early spring. The lake typically starts lowering at the beginning of November and starts filling back up towards the beginning of April and takes about 4 weeks to fill. These dates are not always guaranteed as the water runoff from the mountains determines when they start filling the lake. When the lake is full the depth of the lake at the end of the dock is about 4.5 feet deep. (Water toys and BBQ are available during spring and summer months when the water is up).

Great location and spotless!

Spacious and very comfortable
I recently stayed in this wonderful home with five friends for a hiking/geology trip. It was much bigger than the photos conveyed and we all appreciated the multiple common areas for people to spread out to find some quiet time. Wonderful, well stocked kitchen big enough to fit four people at a time. Beautiful sunrises out the kitchen window.

Lake house fun
We went to moses lake for a fun get away with some friends. We rode side by sides and jet skis. This house was absolutely perfect for us!! Id love to book it again next summer for a longer stay.

Perfect Family Fun Home
Our family of 12 spent 5 nights and had a great time. The home was super clean and had everything we needed for fun and family meals. The location was perfect, and not far from grocery stores and restaurants. Being on the lake was an extra special blessing, the kids had a blast! It was obvious the owners take pride in their property!

Wonderful Family Lakehouse Vacation
Great family vacation week with our kids and grandkids on the lake. Really nice accommodation for all ages. Fenced in backyard with private dock was ideal for our boat, swimming, and other water toys. Moses Lake was really great for boating, tubing, water skiing, wakeboarding, paddle boarding, kayaking, etc, but has some shallow parts that the prop on the boat did not like, but we learned quickly what areas to avoid. Hope to come back and perhaps make it a family tradition every couple of years.

Great Family Getaway at Moses Lake
We chose to seek the heat this summer for our annual family get together. Moses Lake provided the heat (3 100 degree days out of 5) and this house was ideal for our stay. Lots of room to spread out (13 people in all); direct access to the lake with a newer dock; large fenced yard and good sized bedrooms. Easy parking for 4 vehicles. Close to town for shopping and activities. Great communication with the hosts.

Awesome house!
This house was everything it was! Large bedrooms with comfortable beds. Clean bathrooms with shampoo and conditioner in the showers and all the towels needed for a large group of people. The kitchen had all the appliances needed to cook anything you can think up! The location was spectacular with a beautiful view of the lake. I highly recommend this rental to everyone! Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

2023 Family Vacation
We had a fabulous time. We went for a family vacation with our adult kids and their families. There was 7 adults and 2 babies, had more family stop by for a day on the lake. We rented a boat and were able to moor the boat at the dock without any problems. We enjoyed our time in the spacious house that was stocked with activities for both indoor and outdoor play. Great location! You don't have to go far for anything. Would definitely come back for a future vacation.

Great place for a visit to the Gorge
We brought a group of 11 for a week of vacation before a concert at the Gorge (the Joni Jam). We were so comfortable and really loved the house. The patio and lake access were great. We really made good use of the kayaks. We could seat 11 for meals comfortably. The grill was put to good use. All very convenient to shopping and activities. I would definitely book here again for future trips to the area. The hosts were great and very attentive. Easy instructions for check in and check out. Highly recommend!

Gramma Camp 2023
The property was just right for our gathering. It was spacious and very clean. It offers multiple gathering areas and we used them all!!! The dock area is practically brand new and perfect for all the fishing, kayaking and swimming we did. The lake was pretty murky when we were there but it didn't stop us from enjoying it! The hosts were prompt and very attentive when a minor issue came up regarding the sprinklers. Very pleased with this property!!!!!

Family Reunion
We had a family reunion/vacation at this home and it fit our family perfectly! It was very clean, with a beautiful view of the lake. They offered many amenities that were perfect for our family (i.e. pack n' play, toys for the kids, high chair, kayaks, lots of seating, etc). The beds were also extremely comfortable! Having a private boat dock with a fenced in yard, which we were able to securely tie up 2 boats, was a great addition for our family and priority for our littles. The owners would respond immediately to any questions we had during our stay. We had a fantastic time and would definitely vacation here again!

Wonderful spring stay
The house was beautiful with a great location. I had a group of five women hiking in the area and it was perfect for us. Two small notes for future renters: in place of a coffee maker, the house has a Keurig so bring either an alternative way to make coffee or Keurig pods for the coffee you prefer. Also, night stands and lamps seem to be lacking from properties I rent now for some reason. You may want to bring a headlamp or another device if you like to read in bed.

Glamping**
We called this our glamping trip-- we usually go camping every summer but this year we tried a house. The glamping sure does not mean the house was like camping , it was beautiful and very well taken care of the yard. The yard was amazing! The kids loved it. The dock was very easy to have access to our boat and the paddle boards and kayaks were a wonderful addition to the ones we brought with us! The kitchen was so well equipped everything you can think of! The deck was well used all day and all night. We visited we played cards, and we just enjoyed it all!! The communication with the owners was amazing , the responses were so fast and thorough! Truly great! Our family can't say enough about how much fun they had !!

Fun getaway with friends!
Fun, beautiful and clean home right on the lake! We had our annual friends getaway at this beautiful lake home and are already making plans to go back! The home is beautifully layed out and very well maintained, all bathrooms were sparkling clean as was the kitchen. The hosts provided a good selection of water toys to play with as well as stocked cupboards with games, movies and books to enjoy during our stay. The dock/outdoor area was perfect for keeping cool during the day and enjoying the beautiful sunsets over the lake at night. If there was anything "negative" to be said about the property, it was that the dock ladder was broken, it was noticed by our party before anyone used it but has a potential to be a hazzard if it does not get fixed. All agreed that this home was the perfect choice for our getaway and we definitely recommend!

An unforgettably wonderful weekend!
My husband and I decided that this year we would spend Christmas outside of our city. So we invited three friendly families to join us. They promptly accepted our invitation, and so my husband and I went looking for rental houses that met both the location, we wanted to be close to the lake, and the number of people. Lucky for us, we found ourselves the Tyler and Taya's property. We got in touch with them, through the Vrb app, they promptly answered us, clarified some of our doubts. They were really helpful. The house is prepared to receive 14 guests. However, we were 18 guests in total, as we had two newborns and a couple of friends who came to visit for Christmas. We spoke about this with the owners, and it wasn't a problem for them, they just let us know that we might need to bring some additional items. That's what we did. When we got there, we were very surprised by the size of the house, the cleanliness, the quality of the furniture and kitchen utensils. Everything really well taken care of, much more and better than the photos could show us. The kids loved it so much that at night they didn't want to go to sleep, they wanted to play more. We are really grateful for this amazing weekend. We are already planning to go back there in the summer of next year.

Simple, clean, spacious, stocked, and 3 things worth noting...
Over the many years of booking homes, I have learned to bring extra supplies (paper towels, toilet paper, etc.), as there never seems to be enough for the advertised number of guests. We did not have 14, but we did have 10, & we did not have to tap into our extra stash. I think that was the first time ever! There are tons of places to shop within a 5 min drive from the house. We ate in all our meals for 2 weeks and had everything in the kitchen we would need. Some places we have rented have not had any "extras" lying around, however, this home did allow for any extra non-expired food to remain, which we were grateful for. The 4th of July fireworks show was amazing. If you are ever able to stay over the 4th, you will not be disappointed. The neighborhood was very quiet. One of the things we liked best about this home is its simplicity. Many times, especially when my kids were young, we would have to spend time, when first checking in, removing all the nick knacks, then, taking pictures of where all the nick knacks went, so we could then spend time putting them all back. It made check out super simple. We did rent a pontoon boat and wave runners and all was easy to stay tied up at the dock and used throughout our two-week stay. 3 things worth pointing out - There is only 1 tv, the lake has many shallow & brushy areas & there are no extra linens in the home. Didn't bother us, but depending on your purpose & age of your guests, might be good to know.

The house was great but...
This house is well set up for multiple families to be able to stay together. The beds we all comfortable! Nice bathroom space too. So... the buts... The bugs!!!! Oh my... I know they commented on this issue in the welcome guide... and that was nice. There were so many we couldn't be outside on the porch in the evening! Kitchen necessities... many great things about this kitchen but I feel as a guest there were some things missing. Sugar (non in the whole house) so while the Kurig is great... there isn't anything to sweeten it up. There also was not any foil, plastic wrap, zip locks or anything of that sorts. It would be nice if that was provided so I didn't hate buy at the store and then bring extra things home. Walls and ceiling are not well insulated for noise. You hear every toilet flush, every conversation and anything else from room to room/upstairs and down. People in the master bedroom hear the snoring from the kids bunk room downstairs. RING Doorbell!!!! Oh my is was so so annoying. It whistled EVERY time anybody came in or out. I also feel like maybe the host spy on the house. This may not be true but man was that noise annoying! This has nothing on the house or host... the lake is more of a glorified pond. The water was smelly and very grungy. So whither kayaks were great... there is no way I would get in the water. Between the smell and the bugs there was no opportunity for porch time. But like I said this does not reflect on the house or host. Also the whole town is under road construction... so plan extra time getting to and from things. So many bumps and grooves! This house is perfectly close to everything we needed! If we have to come to Moses Lake again I would stay here again. Eat at J's teriyaki!!!! So so yummy 😋
