Lake House In Quiet Neighborhood Near Down Town
Lakefront property with lots of space and tastefully decorated. Located close to downtown with easy access to Surf n' Slide water park and to Down Town Moses Lake. Golf courses and plenty of recreational activities near by. Breweries and wineries available in town. Deck with patio table and chairs to enjoy the evening on the lake. Great for sunrises on the deck. Not recomended for boats as it’s cut off from main lake by railroad tracks.

Our family including children and grandchildren enjoyed the warm weather and water every day and the house was large enough for us all.

Awesome location and a lovely property
Host was very accommodating to time changes. Large house and very clean. The property was well kept and the location on the water was wonderful. I'd love to stay here again.
The property was perfect for our family. The location was amazing! We really enjoyed our stay. Property was so close to 4th of July activities you felt like you had a front row seat. We will definitely book this property again.
We had a little tricky time with the lock when we first arrived but the property owner was very quick to respond and help us right away.
The house was well equipped with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable.
LOTS of room! Right on the water with a beautiful view. We had 10 people with children and we had a great time. We will stay here again on our next visit.
We stayed here with 2 families and my parents. The house was spacious enough for us. The vote was wonderful. The kitchen had everything we needed to go with the food we brought. It was a pleasure to stay. The host was kind and prepared. Quiet neighborhood on the lake not far from the park and other necessities. We had a larger family reunion at the park and several additional guest family members stopped by during the day for meals and visiting.
The house was great and the view was great yard was very clean and awesome. It was too warm to have a fire outside and the weather was great which was helpful. We had the opportunity to watch the solstice moon rise Saturday evening, and it made it even more beautiful, I would ask if the next time happens and there are a multitude of guests that necessities such as toilet paper and paper towels are stocked up other than that it was awesome. Thank you so so much.
Went to Moses Lake to work for a few days with my crew.
This house was in a good location and right on the lake.
The listing stated there was a hot tub, however, no hot tub. This was a bit disappointing.
We had a slight problem with the hot water, but the property manager responded quickly and had it fixed before getting back to work.
This is an older home, but clean and lots of room for six of us to stay, cook and play card games in the evenings.
Thank you.
Francisco was very accommodating and answered my few questions very promptly. The house had everything we needed and the kids enjoyed it. It really felt more like we were at an uncle's house than we rented a house for the weekend. That made it very easy for us to get comfortable and feel at home. It is an older home that has many updates, which adds to the charm. The Park just a couple of blocks away seems to be the premiere park of the town with a lot of shade and weekend activities as well a water park. It is an older neighborhood and not pretentious which also made it feel like home. If you are looking for a fancy high end house, this is not it, but if you want a nice, comfortable home for your family you will love this place. We were in town for a very specific reason, but enjoyed it so much we will probably come back and hopefully' "Tio Francisco's" house will be available.

Good space for a large group
The house had lots of places to sleep for our rather large group. Nice backyard space and close to the park and water park. The house was a bit quirky, but I like quirky. My biggest compliant would be that the noise from upstairs is quite loud downstairs. This was only an issue in the morning when the little ones were up but some of the adults wanted to sleep-in. The house also didn't have any scissors that we could find. There was enough cookware to use but could use a few more bowls, plates, utensils etc (or bring your own disposable goods). Would stay there again and recommend.

Great view but needs a lot of up-dating!
The pictures from the website did not add up to what the house actually was. Ripped flooring downstairs. For a large group with our Littles it was great. I agree that bugs and cobwebs needed to be taken care of. I also would suggest that they turn the AC on before guests arrive as it took a long time for the entire house to cool down. If they want to charge as much as they do per night, it needs some TLC. I loved the space it had though for the kids to run around! We couldn’t use the deck — too dirty and really needs to be pressure washed. The stairs were pretty steep and slippery. Linoleum was torn in several areas. The kitchen seemed to be stccked okay and there were enough linens.
Probably wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it unless it was cleaned and fixed up!!

Good Location, Quick Owner Response, Cobwebs, No Dock
We had a good time at this property and had enough room for everyone. The house seemed clean, but had spider webs everywhere. We were also very disappointed to see that despite the photos on the listing, the house did NOT have a dock into the Lake. The dock access to the lake directly was a large part of our decision to rent this house, so we felt a little mislead. But despite some of these problems, we had a good time at this house and enjoyed the privacy of the backyard and lake, and its proximity to stores and other commodities.
Renter also should beware that the lake can get blue-green fungus in the hot months of the year and is unsafe to swim in (we couldn't touch the water at all when we were there for that reason), but potholes reservoir is about 30 minutes away so we just took day trips to the reservoir for swimming and floating.
Overall, this was a good rental experience and we had a great weekend being together as a family. The owner is also quick to respond, which was very appreciated.

Well kept, tidy, basic stocked kitchen
The house was just what we needed for a short 3 day family reunion. Everything was in good working order. The place was clean with enough towels and bedding.
The kitchen was great to use, but we could have used more than the 4 bowls for our large group.
The curtains in the bedroom didn't block out enough light in the mornings which made our little ones earlier risers than desired.
The yard was nice to play in, the lake was great. There is no beach at all.
If we do another reunion we would book this place again.

Loved this place! Great location right on the lake with plenty of beds and space.
Did a guys golfing getaway and Francisco’s house was perfect! Tons of beds, all the amenities needed, great backyard and deck over looking the lake. Walking distance to a handful of restaurants as well as a couple local bars. Quick response time from Francisco with any inquiries and will recommend this great house to anyone traveling to Moses Lake

Great for families. Enjoyable and well equipped.
We stayed over Christmas and enjoyed the many spaces and bedrooms. The house was tidy and had all the basic dishes we needed. It had a nice view as it is right on the lake with a large deck and yard, wonderful for young families. This home is a bit out dated but made a few suggestions to the owner that will make it great for our next stay. We visit the area often and will choose this house over a hotel in future.

Large beach front house close to parks
The home was comfortable with A/C, large enough for 2 families, and had a big yard in the back that lead to the dock. Kids enjoyed playing in the grass in the early evening and the deck was great for eating dinner al fresco.
Francisco was VERY prompt when there was an issue with a missing cable for the tv and all was resolved before we had total meltdown with the kids. (Turns out we had an extra but Francisco was great about helping us out.)
We only used the upstairs as the second family had to bail the last minute, but the appliances all functioned fine and the rooms were spacious. The home does not appear to be lived in per se. It's furnished but no personal items were noticed. (I only mention this because I've talked with different people who prefer actual homes vs rentals and vice versa.) But there was plenty of spices and condiments available so that we didn't have purchase more than we'd need. This is always nice as we like to prepare meals but dread hauling these items when we travel.
The home is great for large groups and families though perhaps not small children. No crib/PacknPlay, no high chair or similar, and lower cupboards contained plenty of items not ideal for the little who couldn't leave them alone. Also, perhaps we arrived just after another group left, but the home could benefit from a good deep cleaning. That being said, the linens and towels were all very clean, furniture in good condition, and aside from being short on dishes (one of which we broke) :( the kitchen was stocked.
There were a couple parks and an elementary school within walking distance, which was very convenient. And the parks were lovely. There was also a super fun water park that was perfect for kiddos ages 3-15/16 ish. I'd say the location was pretty great. The lake in back didn't feel right for swimming (fairly shallow and murky), but it was quite delightful to sit beside and watch the birds.
Overall, we had a wonderful time and truly enjoyed Moses Lake. We'd love to return!

Simple, clean and close to the water park.
We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and the beds are very comfortable. Not fancy but expected for Moses Lake. The back yard is great with a nice fire pit area to hang out and cook s'mores. Unfortunately, this time of year the lake is not clean enough to swim or float. Nice and close to the water park and downtown Moses Lake.
