"We came to Trier for the Christmas market and to visit the Roman sites. The hotel was ideally placed for both. There's no restaurant but the hotel buffet breakfast was excellent and catered well for a gluten intolerance. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. Parking in the underground carpark was fine if a little tight to navigate in a bigger car. The staff were excellent and helpful. They spoke perfect English but humoured our schoolboy German! We were traveling from city to city by bikes and they had hotel storage for our bikes. They were not able to do early check in but they had luggage storage which allowed us to walk around town freely. We will definitely stay again!"

"The hotel is a great destination for couples or adults. The swimming pool and spa areas are not suitable for children but wonderful for adults. Everything is very clean and well looked after. We stayed in one of the south-facing rooms (last minute booking) in the older part of the hotel, the rooms was comfortably furnished and a good size.
