"This was our first visit to Athens and was very short - no time to waste and important to have a comfortable place to relax and unwind after a long day exploring. The apartment was right in the heart of the city. Close to everything. Clean and comfortable for 4 people. Airconditioning worked well on a hot day. Helpful hosts. Cafes nearby were wonderful for breakfast and for dinner. Terrific local shops. We would happily stay again :)"

"As two girls staying there, we loved the space. It was close to the city centre and walkable to a lot of the big tourist spots! It was relatively safe (using basic safety knowledge), and the locks to the building and apartment were fail-safe. There were extra towels, blankets, and pillows! Overall, great stay!"

"This apartment was excellent, and though I was traveling alone, would have been a great space for a small group. The hosts were kind and accommodating, even when my delayed ferry resulted in arriving somewhat late in the evening. A lot of thought and consideration went into how the space was set up and the nuanced conveniences (for example, had a can of hairspray, cereal in dispensers, etc). "We couldn't have asked for a better location for our stay as this place was convenient to everything we wanted to see during our stay. Nice apartment, the only thing I would change is that the mattress in the smaller bedroom was very squeaky."

"We were a party of 11 that booked the Acropolis Blue for two nights before we set off on a 10 day cruise. The house was amazing and fit our needs perfectly. It was exactly as pictured on the website. The owners took care of everything. They were also able to arrange transfers from the airport to the house and then from the house to the port. "Staff was very friendly and efficient with a greet little restaurant with lots of choices and a staff that treated us like family. The decor of the rooms lobby and exterior were very stylish and spacious. A great spot for flights out of Athens and a free shuttle bus which was always on time!!"

Helpful people just when we needed them

"We had to hastily rearrange our itinerary and our stay at the pinnacle, and the hotel team were very very helpful. The room was very comfortable, though getting the room temperature right (in February when it's a bit chilly outside) was a challenge. The view of the Acropolis from the top floor bar is awesome. The corrugated iron front on the closed bookshop next door to the hotel was a little off putting, but the hotel itself was in very good condition "

"The hotel is well maintained and the rooms are up-to-date. The staff is energetic, friendly, and courteous. The breakfast is excellent and the dining room has the best view in Athens. Downsides: most rooms don’t have a nice view. The dinner served in the dining room is expensive. The hotel is in the heart of the Plaka tourist district and there almost countless dining options nearby. Would love to stay here again. "
