Just 2 km from Klanac beach, it offers an infinity pool that merges with the horizon and a covered terrace with barbecue, sun loungers and parasols. Explore the nearby cycling and hiking trails that lead to the Uka Nature Park and its peak Vojak. For thrill-seekers, there is a paragliding ramp in the park. Inside, the villa has a spacious ground floor with a living area, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a separate toilet, a laundry room and a wellness area with a jacuzzi and sauna. A separate unit on this level includes its own living and dining areas, a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. The first floor has three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Combining luxury and comfort with inspiring natural beauty, Villa Oliv One is the perfect retreat. Please note that this property does not accept youth groups or stag and hen parties.
