An Idyllic Stay
Our family had a perfect summer stay at Chantal and Zvonko's property. The location is ideal--beautifully situated and private, but an easy drive to the coast--the house and grounds are rustic, beautiful, and relaxing, and Chantal and Zvonko are wonderful hosts. We had a blissful stay and would love to come again!

Als wir - 4 Erwachsene und zwei Kinder - ankamen und die alten Steinhäuser und das herrliche Panorama über der Bucht entdeckten, waren wir sofort begeistert. Auf der großen Terrasse über dem Meer saß bereits eine Familie. die schon seit zwei Wochen im Nachbarhaus wohnte. Sie erzählten uns, sie hätten hier die schönsten und erholsamsten Ferien ihres Lebens verbracht, fernab von Straßenverkehr und Menschenmassen. Uns ging es genauso. Dieser zauberhafte Ort ist perfekt geeignet für Individualisten sowie ihre Kinder, die hier und in der Umgebung der Unterkunft völlig gefahrlos spielen und herumtoben können. Wer allerdings Zimmerservice und Partymeile sucht, ist sicherlich fehl am Platz.

Unterkunft war sehr liebevoll dekoriert und die Gastgeber sind super nett und hilfsbereit. Fantastische Ausblicke von der Terrasse,Pool und Gartenanlage. Wir und unsere Kinder (4,6) fanden es toll und haben uns gleich zu Hause gefühlt.

Einfach toll
Super warmherzige Begrüßung durch liebreizende Vermieter, welche sich stets für das Wohlbefinden ihrer Gäste interessieren und bei Bedarf gute Tipps für schöne Ausflugsziele geben. Das saubere Haus ist mit allem Nötigen liebevoll eingerichtet und liegt in einer wunderschönen ruhigen Gegend- wer abseits vom Trubel, wert auf unberührte Natur legt und gerne den Wanderschuh schnürt, ist dort absolut richtig. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse über die Adria ist atemberaubend und wenn man Lust auf Strand hat, fährt man nur wenige Kilometer, hat Bars, Restaurants und buntes Treiben. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Schöner Urlaub
Sehr schöner Aufenthalt und sehr bemühte und nette Gastgeber. Unser kleiner Sohn konnte den ganzen Tag toben und wurde sehr herzlich aufgenommen. Der Kühlschrank war voll mit Leckereien aus dem heimischen Garten und der Region und Chantal und Zvonko hatten stets ein offenes Ohr. Gerne wieder.

Wunderschön
Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in schönster Umgebung. Sehr naturnah und ruhig. Toll für Menschen die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit wertschätzen. Die beiden überaus freundlichen, herzlichen und lieben Vermieter verwöhnten uns bei der Ankunft mit einem außergewöhnlichen Abendessen. Wir waren schlicht überwältigt. Auch sonst waren sie stets mit hilfreichen Tipps zur Stelle, wenn wir etwas brauchten. Insgesamt eine unvergessliche Zeit. Danke!

Que du bonheur !
Maison charmante rénovée avec beaucoup de goût . vue sur mer et à proximité immédiate d’un parc naturel. Accueil extrêmement agréable et chaleureux.Chantal et Zvonko sont adorables, présents mais très discrets, toujours prêts à rendre service et à suggérer des ballades intéressantes. Le lieu permet de partir en randonnée sans prendre la voiture. Un excellent séjour!

Heerlijke rustig verblijf
Ontzettend gastvrij ontvangen. Heel lieve mensen en zeer behulpzaam. Huis ligt erg afgelegen (kwartier klimmen met de auto) in een prachtige omgeving met mooi uitzicht op de zee. De accommodatie heeft verder alles wat je nodig hebt. Het is in de omgeving wel even zoeken naar de juiste strandjes, maar eenmaal gevonden is het er relatief rustig met prachtig helder water. Je moet er wel iets voor over hebben om er te komen ( te voet ongeveer 15 minuten afdalen vanaf de doorgaande weg). Onze twee zonen (tieners) konden daar naar hartelust klimmen, klauteren, duiken en snorkelen. Voor ons is dit zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

Urlaub mit Teenagern
Wir waren als Familie mit zwei Teenagern, 16 und 17 Jahre, für zwei Wochen Sommerurlaub in dem schönen Haus. Das Haus liegt mitten in der Natur und durch die höhere Lage sind die Nächte auch im Juli angenehm kühl, eine Klimaanlage ist nicht erforderlich. Der Platz auf der schattigen Veranda ist wunderschön, mit toller Aussicht und absoluter Ruhe. Das Gartengelände ist groß Mit viel Platz auch für Sport, es Gibt unter anderem ein Badminton fällt. Zum abkühlen ist der kleine Pool perfekt (zum Schwimmen zu klein). Die Gegend ist wunderbar zum Mountainbiken. Mit dem Auto findet man schöne Plätze am Meer, circa 20 Minuten Fahrt, dann auch ein Samara buchten.

Pragtfuldt sted! De bedste værter :-)
Området er smukt. Både adgang til dejligt badevand og skøn natur. Huset dejligt og smagfuldt indrettet og med en fin lille privat pool. Værterne er intet mindre en fremragende. Lige fra modtagelsen (vi kom sent og var trætte efter lang køretur) med et helt lille lokalt festmåltid. Til enestående hjælp da vores bil gik i smadder midt i nationalparken. Udsøgt venlighed og situationsfornemmelse! Vi siger 1000 tak for denne gang og håber meget at komme igen.

Fredelig idyl
Vi har haft et fantastisk ophold i dette charmerende og smagfuldt indrettede hus, og vi er hele vejen igennem blevet forkælet af de utroligt søde og hjælpsomme værter. Vi blev modtaget med et køleskab fyldt med kroatiske lækkerier, og der var sågar brød, friske æg, kaffe og meget andet til næste morgen. Det var virkelig dejligt ovenpå en lang køretur gennem Europa. Husets beliggenhed er meget fredelig og ugenert, på trods af, at der er flere huse på matriklen. Den omgivende natur indbyder til spændende udflugter, og udsigten fra huset og haven er betagende. Huset er funktionelt indrettet, og der er hvad der skal være for at kunne holde en dejlig ferie. Tusind tak til Chantal og Zvonko for et virkelig dejligt ophold! Vi håber at kunne vende tilbage en anden gang, og vil varmt anbefale andre, at vælge dette skønne sted.

Une belle maison confortable avec un jardin magnifique au calme avec vue sur la mer pour nous cinq
La journée commence par un réveil avec le chant des oiseaux de la forêt qui nous entoure, Geai des chênes ou Pivert signalent leurs territoires. Nous sommes dans le parc naturel d'Ucka et au départ de nombreuses randonnées pour ses sommets. Notre glycine nous protège des premiers rayons du soleil. Le déjeuner se savoure avec cette vue envoutante sur les iles du golf de Kvarner. Une partie de badminton en famille nous épuise et un plongeon dans la piscine nous rafraichit aussitôt. D'autres lisent un livre en s'isolant sur une des nombreuses terrasses ombragée de la propriété. Maintenant nous rejoignons la première plage animée du port de Moscenicka Draga située à cinq kilomètres ou nous poursuivons plus au sud découvrir un crique secrète. Chantal et Zvonko qui rénovent ce vieux hameau avec leur coeur nous font la surprise d'un accueil chaleureux avec les spécialités du pays. Tout au long du séjour ils nous proposent les bonnes adresses culinaires, un journée en bateau avec skipper sur l'île de Cres ou nous racontent l'histoire du pays, toujours disponibles en cas de besoins. Nous résumons; nous avons la nature, le confort, le calme, la gentillesse, et la joie de la découverte de ce beau pays qu'est la Croatie. C'est le pays du possible avec une jeunesse qui croit en l'avenir. Nous vous souhaitons à tous et à toutes de bonnes vacances à Moscenice.

Authentique Magnifique Paisible
Tout est parfait : la maison en pierre restaurée meublée et décorée avec soin, le jardin très calme joliment arboré et fleuri, la vue sur la mer et la piscine et l hospitalité, la générosité et la gentillesse de Chantal et Zongo les propriétaires qui font tout pour satisfaire vos envies (recherche de restau, de produits locaux, sorties en mer, pêche, etc). Des vacances très réussies !

Un deuxième séjour aussi bon que le premier.....
Nous avons passé pour la deuxième année consécutive un excellent séjour à, la villa Marica! Chantal et Zvonko sont toujours aussi accueillants, attentifs au moindre petit détail, disponibles pour répondre aux questions ou juste pour discuter 5 minutes! Le gîte est très agréable, décoré avec goût et bien équipé. Les extérieurs, notamment la terrasse sont très appréciables même par de fortes chaleurs. Les enfants ont pu profité du spa avec cette vue magnifique sur la mer: un vrai paradis! Nous venions chercher du calme pour faire une pause pendant 2 semaines et nous l'avons trouvé en venant dans ce gite! Cela ne nous donne qu'une seule envie: revenir!! Nous le ferons quand les enfants auront grandi pour pouvoir profiter davantage des ballades à faire en forêt autour du gîte! Nous recommandons vivement cette location!

Lovely place, scenic lookout, great hosts
Since it's been my second time at Zvonko & Chantal's I can definitely recommend them to other guests. They are two of the warmest, most friendly and considerate hosts you could want. There are two houses available which both are very generous and tasteful, providing everything you will need during your stay. There is a jacuzzi available in the backyard for refreshment which gives you a great view around the bay. Since you will be close to Učka nature park it will be very relaxing and quiet all the time.
