Inviting 35M2 independent chalet at the foot of the Avoriaz ski slopes and 3km from the center of Morzine.
Located 200 meters from the start of the new 3S gondola of Avoriaz, you will stay in an authentic mountain chalet fully equipped for your comfort.

An open bedroom on the mezzanine with double bed, ample storage space and washing machine.
A fully equipped kitchen with induction plates 4 fires, dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, microwave oven, electric kettle, bar open to living.
The living room with a sofa bed 1 place, coffee table, new LCD TV with HDMI.
A bathroom with toilet, sink, and large shower.

You arrive on skis to the chalet by the blue track of Crot.
A parking space is available right outside the chalet and a ground floor garden.

Great stay
The cabin is excellently located for access to walks in the mountains, Avoriaz and free regular busses to Morezine. It was also a brilliant base to watch several stages of the Tour de France. Our host welcomed us and gave us some guidelines then left us to our own decisions. Thanks

Great value, very easy and pleasant
Great location, shared transfers were very easy to this location. 5 minute walk to prodains gondola up the road which was brilliant. Two ski rental shops and cafes by the lift with in 5 mins walk. Free bus line A up and down into Morzine for food and shopping or you can bring Down from avoriaz. Host was very helpful and replied very fast. We loved the lodge cabin. Very cosy and warm with a good kitchen and equipment.

Chouette chalet mais quelques désagréments
Dans sa globalité, le chalet est plutôt chaleureux, bien situé et dispose d'un jardin (commun avec le voisin) bien entretenu. Au niveau des équipements, tout était présent conformément à l'annonce.Seule la TV a eu quelques difficultés à fonctionner tout au long du séjour (par exemple aucune chaine ne fonctionnait, même après un long temps d'attente). Toutefois, nous regrettons que l'annonce n'ait pas été plus explicite concernant l'absence de wifi, car en plus de ça, le réseau mobile est quasi inexistant dans le chalet. Nous émettons également quelques réserves quant à la propreté de la douche, notamment du rideau de douche et son odeur douteuse. Aussi, le chien du voisin avec qui on partage le jardin, dont le petit enclos donnait vers le chalet nous a réveillé plusieurs fois à des heures très matinales par ses aboiements. Bien entendu, ces légers désagréments ne nous ont pas empêché de profiter de nos vacances.

Chalet bien situé au calme, parfait pour partir et revenir à ski, navette si besoin pour aller en ville sur Morzine, logement idéal à 2 . le petit plus : la grimpette pour aller au lit dans la mézzanine :-)

Super Hütte - mittelmäßiges Skigebiet, wenn kein Naturschnee vorhanden
Die Hütte ist super. Alles genau wie beschrieben. Die Lage perfekt zum Lift. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin sehr nett. Leider hatten wir während des Aufenthaltes kaum Schnee (Silvester 22/23). Das Skigebiet war leider auf so eine Wetterlage überhaupt nicht vorbereitet. Viel zu wenig Beschneiungsmöglichkeiten für viel zu viel Gäste in Avoriaz. Daher würde ich für das Skigebiet maximal zwei Sterne geben. Auch das Alter und die Qualität der Liftanlagen sind bei gleichzeitig hohen Preisen nicht mehr als zwei Sterne wert.

A very enjoyable return to the little house.
A perfect place in a perfect location. This is a very pleasant and snug place that has everything you need. Great location with Restaurants, Ski hire and the Prodins lift all very close by.

Half Term Ski Break with Daughter
A quiet, cosy, warm, and well equipped chalet that provided all we wanted. In a super location for the lift to Avoriaz, and Buses to Morzine. Getting to the slopes is very easy from the chalet. Very good communication with the owner who responded to a request promptly and made time to meet us during our stay.

Gezellige kleine chalet ideaal gelegen bij skilift
Vriendelijke gastvrouw. Sneeuw werd zo nodig geruimd. Alles voorhanden in de chalet: zelfs vaatwasser en wasmachine. Oventje aan vervanging toe. Om boven te raken: smalle steile trap met touw: avontuurlijk maar misschien niet geschikt voor iedereen...
