I was a returning guest to this hotel (after a brief stay last March. From the moment you arrive, the experience is excellent from start to finish. Very friendly staff, gorgeous rooms, superb breakfast and lovely sitting area. It’s also all super smart.

Absolutely great stay. Easy to park, staff are incredibly helpful, the pool and hot tub are a massive bonus, the rooms are clean, breakfast is great and the bike garage well-appointed and secure - what more could you want!? Just spot on.

We have just returned from a wonderful week at the Hotel Neve. The hotel is beautifully decorated, and all the staff are friendly and helpful. It has fantastic facilities including a pool, spa and gaming room (which our 2 boys aged 13 and 18 years really enjoyed). All in all, it is an exceptional hotel and we look forward to returning next year.

We had planned on staying only 1 night because we were heading somewhere else, but it made a big impression on us! The staff is very friendly and super accommodating. Also, it was the best, most diverse breakfast buffet we ever had!! Lastly, the dining area, bar, and lounge area are beautifully decorated. Highly recommend Neve!!

We had a great stay and would definitely come back again. The hotel facilities are great, we particularly enjoyed the newly renovated pool and spa. The location is about 10-15 minutes to the ski lifts, and we made use of ski storage at our ski hire to avoid carrying back our skis.

We had an amazing weekend at this newly renovated family hotel. Very modern, clean with all the necessary amenities (pool, spa, kids room, restaurant, bar, arcade, etc). The rooms are confortable and the breakfast is good. The spa area is excellent. Our 3 year old son also really enjoyed the pool and the kids room

Absolutely amazing hotel. Room lovely, really clean, fabulous shower and nice products. Breakfast was great and replenished constantly. The view from breakfast is spectacular We are in the restaurant one evening and all had a great meal. Would not hesitate to recommend.

A lovely hotel, immaculate throughout. The staff were really friendly and helpful. There is a good buzz in the bar and the free pool table and downstairs games room are a great touch. Good location for the ski lifts and town centre. Lovely room with hot , powerful shower and very clean. Free parking right outside too.

This is the second time we have stayed here and absolutely loved it again! We can thank hotel neve enough for our stay. We were on our honeymoon and we were given a little upgrade. We are always well looked after when we stay here. All of the facilities are well maintained and everything is very clean. The food is always amazing! You have to try the restaurant - best food in town!! Thank you again for our stay, we will be back soon!

Great family hotel. Excellent friendly servie, clean modern rooms and excellent food. No air conditioning (nowhere has it in Morzine as it is not often needed) so was hot overnight as there was a heatwave. Fans would have been great but apart from that it was a lovely stay and decent value.

Excellent Family Hotel
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Névé. We have an 8 year old son and having a spacious room with a really comfortable sofa bed was excellent. The pool and jacuzzi after a fun day skiing is really enjoyable. The game rooms were a hit as well. Customer service was excellent, although the service at the restaurant can be improved upon. That was really my only little con. We ate at Bertine twice for dinner and the first time out service was excellent and the second time it was the complete opposite. That did not take anything away from a wonderful stay. We'll be back for sure.
