The location of the residence has the added bonus of being right next to the Pleney slopes and also close to Morzine town centre, which makes it an ideal location at any time of year.
In winter, from the apartment, traverse to the drag lift and then ski over to the Pleney gondola. To get back, take the Retour de Nyon piste, this then brings you to a slope which takes you directly back to the apartments front door.
In Spring, Summer and Autumn for mountain biking enthusiasts, Morzine is a must visit destination known for its incredible downhill mountain bike trails. The town offers ski lifts to avoid gruelling climbs with a network of well maintained trails and a cycling friendly community. Morzine also caters for mountain bikers of all skill levels.
For the road cyclists the Tour de France passes the building and the local climbs offer legendary mountain passes with breathtaking alpine landscapes.
After a hard days skiing, biking ,hiking or just walking, you can relax in the sun in the south facing garden whilst enjoying the mountain views with a glass of wine, cold beer or a gin and tonic.
Although ideally suited to a family of four, the apartment will accommodate up to 4 adults and 4 children.
There are 2 bedrooms, both with king size double beds and built in wardrobes. The second bedroom benefits from French windows with access to the garden.
The kitchen is fully-equipped with all the mod-cons including an iPod dock, Amazon Echo and a dining table for up to 10 people, There is an integrated fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and full size double oven and 4 ring hob.
The spacious open plan lounge area has two comfortable king size sofa beds, coffee table, a large flat screen TV, freesat and DVD player. There is also a selection of board games, books and DVD’s.
The cloakroom area has plenty of space for your boots and helmets and it’s nice and toasty so your outdoor gear will dry quickly. There is also a large ski locker just outside the front door and a large secure cave for cycle or ski storage.
There are 2 bathrooms, one has a bath with a shower above, WC and sink and the other has a built in shower and WC.
