"For older property it has been kept up. Room was clean. Owner was friendly and helpful. His wife was not very good with English but tried to be helpful and was friendly. Everything was quiet and peaceful. "

"We have stayed in Madisonville a few times for basketball tournaments. I have never stayed here. My husband is picky about breakfast and loved it here. Everything was clean. The staff was so friendly. The only issue we had was that the fire alarm went off both mornings of our 2 night stay. Not sure why. But I will forsure stay here again. Thank yall for being awesome!"
