It had a wrap around balcony with chairs and table for eating outside. I collected keys from My flat Nice's office located a 10 minute walk from property. "Just back from a working week on the outskirts of Nice and L'App-Art was a great base to work from. We used Uber, Bus and Trolleybus, not sure how easy on-street parking would be if you have a hire car (check with the team at the hotel who were very helpful). Joe"

"This booking was a disaster. The garage entry fob did not work. When we arrived to the unlocked room, the linens were hanging and drying at the front door and the patio. The electrical box in the apartment was opened, and a sharp metal strip wasdangling from the bedroom wall. We requested a room for four people and two beds.
