"Positives: - Beautiful location near a lake, large swimming pool. Negatives: - Apartment I stayed in is in need of a refurb and missing amenities e.g only one hair drier in a 6 guests flat, no ironing board or anywhere to hang clothes in one of the rooms. - Poor service - booked a boat trip at the hotel’s marina through reception, on the day and time booked no one was there, had to call reception twice to be told boat needs maintenance. Excellent Hotel in a Fantastic Location

"This hotel is top notch! Our amazing experience began with checkin which was efficient, considerate, and helpful. Parking was available across the street and accessible 24 hours a day. Our room was spotlessly clean and well-prepared for our arrival. They even left a doggie treat and blanket which was just so thoughtful and kind. I recommend this hotel to anyone!"
