"My gf and I were in town for the UT vs Ark football game. This property came up as close to the stadium which was nice because ultimately we had to walk back from the stadium. While it may not look like much on the outside (only one story) it is really nice on the inside. It was clean, the hot water was HOT and the cold water was COLD. Everything worked. Only downside to this property was the access road was really busy and took patience getting out of parking lot. Proximity was close to resturants but driving was required."

"Great cabin 15 min south of Fayetteville Take it slow on the gravel road to the cabin but what a great piece of property. We used 1 of the 5 cabins there , would be great for a few couples or families "
