"This house was spacious and very convenient to downtown and Southeastern. Check in process was easy as long as you get the message with the link to submit a form (I did not pay that part any attention, so it's on me). The only warning I would give to potential renters is you are going to climb a lot of stairs. The until is on the 3rd and 4th floors. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Southeastern with a lot of people. The unit has everything you could need and is well thought out."

"I’ve stayed in one of their other properties and enjoyed it so I felt comfortable rebooking and it did not disappoint! The location is fantastic, close to restaurants and shopping, quick access to the highways and right next to the lovely Bolin Trail. The condo is clean with cute and comfortable bed linens, full baths upstairs and a useful kitchen for cooking. "This place smelled of urine, the pass code did not WORK, it was located in a VERY, VERY, unsafe part of town. There is a dumpster right in front of the APARTMENT complex, this is NOT a CONDO AT ALL!!!! False advertisement on the owner “TOM” as well as VRBO!!! I had to go to a motel were it less expensive and in a SAFE neighborhood with my 2 daughter’s. I’m VERY disappointed with both TOM as well as VRBO for not being honest and VRBO for NOT checking out this property before they listed this...
