"We stayed two nights on our way down south. The seclusion of the property brought us the feeling of being able to relax into our vacation immediately. Restaurants were available by a very scenic and memorable drive. Being able to stay in a historic location was a stunning experience. Large bedrooms, great mattresses, kitchen and bath. Additional cozy seating to be able to watch the games would bring this property to perfection. We will be back! "

"Not only was the property beautiful, spacious, accomadating, and totally family friendly!! Because of dangerous weather the owner gave specific instructions for sheltering during tornado. This is a definite tie visit again!!!"

"Awesome room to shoot pool. The house is great with everything we needed. Great back porch, and we even had breakfast on the front porch, too. The property is quiet and relaxing and a pretty view out back. Quick 10-20 minute drive to Rock Island state park, depending on which side of the river you want to be on. Great stay, would love to stay again."
