"This property need a lot of work done before I dare revisit it, I’ve been lied to by the staff, the taxi service scammed us every step of the way, different prices on everything, not worth going out there until they improve the service of their staff and the situation with their rooms, the room was subpar it wasn’t like exactly comfy, the room ac was buggy and the bathroom had a terrible stench/smell to it, the entire time we were there the pool was closed and the Landry was open then closed...

"It is a beautiful and quiet resort , it is a bit far from the main road , but if you are looking for a serene place , this is it. All the staff are courteous and responsible. There are two things i had noticed , the air conditioning was a bit noisy , and the washroom was smelly, it smelled like sewer or musty . "Staff at the cafeteria were unprofessional, I called the waiter to point out that the water has a small floating dead bug and I asked him to replace it. I waited nearly 30 minutes until he started bussing our table and then looked at me very sharply without saying a word. I think he needs some kind of training, respect the customer, do not secure the plate when customer are still on their table, ask politely. We were just there for an hour including the extra 30 minutes waiting for water that never arrive. The pool was secured for maintenance when we are getting ready to enjoy the water. Other than, hotel is great."

"We had a great time as the product and service standard were excellent. The staff was very helpful, kind and professional. Our room was fantastic and the buffet breakfast was delicious. Dinner was average. Great job and thanks!"
