"Staff at the cafeteria were unprofessional, I called the waiter to point out that the water has a small floating dead bug and I asked him to replace it. I waited nearly 30 minutes until he started bussing our table and then looked at me very sharply without saying a word. I think he needs some kind of training, respect the customer, do not secure the plate when customer are still on their table, ask politely. We were just there for an hour including the extra 30 minutes waiting for water that never arrive. The pool was secured for maintenance when we are getting ready to enjoy the water. Other than, hotel is great."

"the location is perfect true beach front property but the rooms need to be removated.Bathroom undersink door cabinet missing and falling apart.Toilet seat missing .AC sounds like a diesel truck engine.Cable and WIFI not working .TV not working.I complained about the toilet seat cover and I was asked if I really need one.The place set up probably used to be nice but the gardens and the grounds need to be spruced and cleaned.Love the infinity pool facing the ocean.Restaurant food pretty good .Price not bad .Place seemed pretty safe."

"Moon bay is absolute place to stay at SBMA! The upkeep of the rooms and the pool which is super clean and fabulous. The restaurant staff and housekeeping and front desk really take care of you and make you feel relaxed like your at home. Great place and I highly recommend Moon Bay to everyone!!"
