The gite is just right for a relaxing holiday for a couple- quiet, comfortable, and well located for exploring the Deshaies area & west coast of Basse Terre. "We really enjoyed our stay at Ghislaine’s place, it had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay, including a full kitchen with gas hob, air conditioning in the bedroom and good parking for a car outside within her secure gated home. "Maison propre, seul petit bémol : les insectes dans la piscine mais c'était un détail comparé a la propreté du logement ! Villa située dans le fond de Sainte Rose, donc sécurisée, Guy Pierre met tout à disposition pour qu'on puisse passer un bon séjour et le petit + c'est qu'il y a des commerces a moins de 500 m à pied ! Je recommande !"

"The space was clean and modern, with all the amenities you'd need (air con, hot water, etc.) Guy-Pierre and his wife were really lovely hosts who made us feel welcome and helped us with anything we needed. Location was peaceful with a big supermarket and little market a 5 minute walk away, and a beautiful beach with lots of walks was also 5 minutes away! The wifi was quite slow, especially when there were lots of people using it, but 4G worked ok. Thanks for having us!"

The property was a little haven to rest, have coffee in the AM and just chill from a busy day.
