"Desværre var pool lukket og vi var ikke oplyst om dette hverken ved bookning eller indtjekning. Vi valgte dette ophold netop fordi der var pool på stedet. Ellers havde vi valgt en anden destination. Men huset var ganske fint og lå dejligt med god udsigt. "

"Beim Eintreffen ins Haus, mussten wir feststellen, dass sich das Haus in einem ungereinigten Zustand befand. Der Fußboden war stark verschmutzt, Im Besenschrank befand sich Abfall. Hinzu kam, dass die Matratzen, Topper sowie Oberbett und Kissen mit sämtlichen Körperflüssigkeiten übersät waren. Sie waren für uns derart ekelhaft und unbenutzbar. Das galt für alle 6 Betten. Ebenso stellten wir fest , dass die vorhandenen Sitzmöbel stark durchgesessen, verdreckt und somit längst entsorgt gehörten....

"Das Haus ist einfach und funktional eingerichtet. Positiv waren das viele Geschirr und Besteck, auch scharfe Messer vorhanden ;) Die Betten waren schon etwas durchgelegen, insgesamt aber alles voll im Rahmen! Die Terrasse und der Blick sind traumhaft!! In der Feriensiedlung an sich gibt es keine Möglichkeit, etwas einzukaufen, aber in Rønde (ca 3 km entfern) war alles vorhanden, was das Herz begehrte. Wir waren täglich in Aarhus, vom Haus fährt man ca 30 Minuten hin. Das Kulturangebot dort war...

"Prachtig nieuw huis, van alle gemakken voorzien, in rustig buurtje met mooi uitzicht op zee. Veel ruimte voor groot gezin. Heerlijke dagen met fijne zithoek, grote eettafel, bioscoopje, zwembad, pooltable en sauna. Verbeterpuntjes (maar laat je daardoor niet weerhouden en huis is echt heel nieuw:) whirlpool werkte niet, geen ramen die open kunnen, en tuin en paadjes moeten nog worden afgewerkt :)"

Hence no point in contacting Novasol about the problem. I have the same opinion about Vbro so won't be using your services again. Bye bye"

"Ein wirklich schönes Ferienhaus jedoch sind die 150€ für die Endreinigung nicht angebracht. Das Haus war bei Ankunft nicht ordentlich gereinigt. Der Whirlpool im Außenbereich stand auf Vollgas (Verbrauchskosten werden extra berechnet und von der Kaution abgezogen), völlig verschäumt und grün. Im Haus gab es ebenfalls einige Mängel. Abgebrochene Türstopper, lose Klobrille usw. Ich habe mich den Tag nach der Anreise telefonisch bei Novasol beschwert. Am Telefon wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass...

"Die Ausstattung ist in Ordnung, jedoch ist die Küche deutlich älter, als sie auf den Bildern aussieht. Eine nette Überraschung war die Klimaanlage. Das Haus liegt im Grünen, entsprechend gibt es viele Insekten. Nach dem Abwasch hat es stark nach Abwasser gerochen, hat nach Benutzung der Dusche aufgehört. Wir waren zufrieden, Luxus darf man aber nicht erwarten."

"Ausstattung und Aufteilung sind für uns als 5-köpfige Familie sehr gut geeignet. Die Küche ist für unsere Bedürfnisse perfekt ausgestattet. Die Betten sind gut, die Kopfkissen die besten, die wir jemals in einem Ferienhaus hatten. Fjellerup ist ein typischer Ferienort, aber nicht eng. Benjamin ist ein sehr freundlicher, zuvorkommender Vermieter. Die Kommunikation war optimal."

"Absolutely lovely house with stunning views and sunsets, with plenty to do in all weathers. Would have loved to have stayed longer and will try and be back in the not too far future. The local area has lots of interest with lovely beach to walk and found the best ice cream locally!!"

"Restaurant next door and opposite. Bus stop right outside the apartment hotel. Safe (you require key code) to enter building. Great communication from the hotel staff via email (before check in), any other communication via sms. It is not the quietest hotel as it is close to bus stop, so during day time you will hear frequent bus noises. Still deserves 5 stars. Will stay again. "

"Nem indtjekning. Fin lille hytte til overnatning for en familie på 4. Gode senge, dejligt varmt (ankomst i januar). Stadig malertape på væggen, men ellers velindrettet med spisebord, mindre køkken (meget få køkkenting), sofa og tv. Dejligt område med skov/vandretur og stort område bag campingpladsen med svævebane, bakker, hytter, klatretårn og bålsted. Vi overnattede ifm stævne i vejlby-risskov hallen og det var meget tæt på og perfekt med ro om natten og mulighed for selv at lave mad."
