"Received excellent customer service, on family-owned and -run, vacation property. The villa resembles a castle on the exterior. Interior is spacious, and spotless. Great Room is , decorated with quirky items, such as a chair & footstool, both with the British flag; vinyl records with an actual player, and a fireplace. "Our family's stay at this hotel was very special. To begin with, I would say that the lady who served us was very kind and professional, always willing to resolve any concerns. The rooms are very spacious, the bathrooms are clean and spacious, and the kitchen has everything you need. The area is fantastic; everything is close by, and there's a train station next to the hotel. Another wonderful thing is that the Coliseum and other attractions are a 15- to 20-minute walk away. Highly recommend and will stay again.

"We stayed here at the beginning and end of our trip to Rome. Location is super close to Termini which was a pluc for us. The rooms are quiet despite being in an active part of Rome. Food was good. Service was outstanding. We had a family room (4 of us - teenaged kids) and it was great. We will stay here again our next time in Rome. "
