Zero communication
I texted, called, emailed, and left voicemail for the property manager. They never even attempted to respond back to me. The house has cobwebs everywhere. The house smells bad. There’s a room with all kinds of junk in it including bugs, spiders, and cobwebs. There were no trash bags, paper towels, olive oil (for the blackstone). The address was incorrect that I received. It lead to the middle of a pasture 20 miles away from the actual property. I had to get on google earth and search around and look at homes in a general area to find the house. I highly recommend staying away from this property.
