This 5 acre estate property is very private and located in the northwest foothills of Morgan Hill. There are amazing mountain views of El Toro from the expansive decks which are great for breakfast coffee or after dinner wine tasting. Common areas include the well equipped kitchen, formal dining room, den, piano room, and laundry facilities. Plenty of wildlife in the area.

Located in the northwest foothills of Morgan Hill, the property is located 3 miles from downtown Morgan Hill restaurants and entertainment and 23 miles from downtown San Jose and the San Jose airport. It is a short 35 mile drive to beaches and the Pacific Ocean and less than 60 miles to Monterey and Carmel for sightseeing, dining, shopping and the amazing golf courses of the Monterey Peninsula. There are many local wineries to explore as well as a lot of local outdoor activities hiking, running, road and mountain biking etc.

Wonderful Vacation
My sister and i rented this beautiful property for a week while attending our nephew's wedding. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the owner was very easy to communicate with. He couldn't have been more helpful and had a good sense of humor. The neighborhood is on the edge of town, very quiet and secluded. Deer visit on a regular basis. The house has a very large deck that we spent a lot of time on. Some of the boards on the deck need to be replaced but we identified those early in our visit and steered clear. The inside of the house is lovely and quite large. I wish I could have taken that kitchen home with me. The primary bedroom is enormous! Don't even get me started about the ensuite bathroom with his and her toilets and showers! There is a library attached to the other upstairs bedroom. Very nice and full of excellent books and games. My sister wished there was a television in there or the bedroom. We would love to stay here again sometime as we had a wonderful stay. Well worth it. You won't go wrong staying here.

Large, very nicely furnished and decorated on a quiet hillside in an exclusive neighborhood. Private, quiet, beautiful view. Tranquil. There were moments on the very large and well appointed deck that even the birds stopped making any noise and the effect was stunning. Wait till you see the library! Communication with owner was excellent. What a gem!
