The house is very nice with a wonderful back yard, especially for family pets. Stocked well and the patio for grilling is awesome. Convenient to restaurants, the waterfront, Atlantic Beach and Beaufort. Perfect location.

The house was perfect for our short stay. Loved that they allow dogs! House is nicely decorated and had all the amenities we needed. Having the beach chairs available for guests was a win since we had to pack light for the trip. Highly recommend!

The house was absolutely perfect. Super close the beach, shopping, food... everything you could ask for! Beds were super comfy. Very clean. Will definitely stay here again. Plus huge bonus points for allowing us to bring our dog, fenced in back yard was great!

This well-appointed home is the perfect home away from home. The home has been lovingly and expertly renovated, with so many nice touches. We came for a swim meet (perfect location) and did not use all the amenities. This house has a lot to offer - highly recommend.

Spent a delightful weekend at this very charming, clean, well-furnished home. Neighborhood was quiet and the location convenient to many of the area's fine restaurants. The backyard was enjoyed immensely by our Golden Retriever. Hope to be back in the future.

Highly Recommend
Very comfortable and nicely decorated and furnished. We stayed over Christmas and appreciated the holiday lights outside and the tree and holiday decorations in every room. South facing orientation and wood Venetian blinds created wonderful light and shadow play on sunny winter days. Easy access to Atlantic Beach, downtown Morehead and Beaufort. Would certainly stay here again.

A fabulous week in Morehead City
We had an awesome week at this house and it was very relaxing. The house was well furnished and had everything we needed. The bed and sheets felt like sleeping on the clouds! The location was great for our day trips to Beaufort, Atlantic Beach and New Bern. It was about an hour away to catch the ferry to start our Outer Banks (OBX) from South end all the way North to Duck. Couldn't be happier with booking this house.

Yes, this house is all that and more!
This house has been renovated well. Clean and neat, light and airy, quiet and comfortable! So many amazing details set this house apart from other rentals, you must see it. We were here for a swim meet (great location, minutes from the pool) and did not take advantage of all this place had to offer. Highly recommend - we will be back!

A perfect spot to get away!
The house was not only clean, comfortable and well-appointed, but also in the perfect central location for our activities for the week! The bridge access to the beaches couldn’t have been more convenient. Shopping, great dining options (oh my the seafood!!!), the Aquarium, historical sites - Fort Macon is a must see! After a long day out the bungalow was the perfect spot to relax and unwind - comfy beds and a surprisingly quiet neighborhood made for perfect sleeping conditions. We will definitely stay here again if our vacation plans lead us to Atlantic Beach!

Great rental
This rental was perfect for our stay during the week of Big Rock. Location to downtown Morehead water front is ideal. The owners of the property were very responsive. There was an issue with the sewage line and the owner rectified the problem in a timely manner. The property was perfect for pets. Our two dogs stayed outside in the spacious privacy fenced in area. Overall highly recommend this property. We will stay at this property again!

Weekend trip to Morehead City
Communication from Evolve and property owner was excellent. Check in was easy. Property was exceptionally clean. Renovation of this home is beautiful! Decorated very tastefully. The back yard was perfect for our mini labradoodle. Neighborhood was quiet. Many houses are under renovation in the neighborhood. The beds were very comfortable and a TV in every room. Kitchen fully stocked. Plenty on trash bags, toilet paper, soap, dish soap, towels, etc. Property looked exactly as pictured on VRBO. Location is excellent. You are very close to the AB bridge, close to down town. Could bike with ease. Calico Creek is right around the corner for fishing. A quick drive to Beaufort. We had dinner at 34 North in Lennoxville near Beau Coast. Great trip. Highly recommend this property. Upon our return to MHC, we will definitely rent again.

Can't wait to come back
We were in the area for a family wedding in Newport; this charming home was incredibly comfortable, supremely clean and so easy with our dogs because of the secure fenced yard. It is close to everything but feels tucked away and quiet. We will be sure to come back when we visit family again!
