"Das Haus liegt in Zanca ca. 160 m über Seehöhe im Nordwesten von Elba, ziemlich abgeschieden. Bis zum Stand von St. Andrea geht man bergab ca. 15-20 Minuten, bergauf ist es besonders bei höheren Temperaturen schon recht anstrengend. Einen kleinen Lebensmittelmarkt gibt es in ca. 150 m Entfernung, einen Bäcker in ca. 500 m Entfernung (bergab). Die Hausausstattung ist unterdurchschnittlich. Es ist weder eine elektr. Kaffeemaschine noch ein Toaster vorhanden. Küchenutensilien sind einfacher Art....

"I don’t really want to write this review — because we don’t want to encourage more people to go to Elba. It’s perfect as it is! Just like Gisela and Marco’s vacation home! We were two couples and a single female. Each bedroom was large and had easy access to the two bathrooms (no ensuite but that didn’t bother us). Kitchen and entire home had everything you could want (including Nespresso machine). Outdoor grill is gas and works well. Outdoor spaces were fantastic for meals and lounging. Best...

"Most things overall were OK and the house itself has nice antiques and pretty antique hardware, and nice outdoor patio Host is responsive, but wants a heavy cash deposit for the house and again for the kayaks. The view is lovely. The kayaks are heavy & difficult to use because you have to cross the busy road with them. The beach is used for a dog play area and smells quite bad. N to be or to swim. "

"If you want an authentic stay in a beautiful location, villa Bacci is for you. The view from the house and the pool is unbeatable, and Porto Azzurro is a beautiful place to go for a stroll. "Very nice house and property with everything needed to enjoy. Great pool, very clean, table tennis and tennis court (if you can manage in the heat) and great coves and beaches within walking distance. Overall the location is awesome, it is private and quiet but also close to lovely Capoliveri and a supermarket. The local property manager is very reliable and helpful. The only thing that would make this house even better would be air conditioning ( we were there during a heat wave though)"

"The house is nicer even than the photos indicate. Every detail considered, bohemian and charming. Good views of Capiloveri from two different decks and a lovely private courtyard with fountain. Ingrid gave us a generous tour of her studio and relayed the interesting history of the place. There is a quiet trail directly across from the property that leads down to the water - we had young kids and so didn't make it all the way."
