"I loved the property. The facilities (pool, spa, garden, restaurant, room) were outstanding. I will return with my family. Only minor comment: properly is not for people with limited mobility as it has multiple hills and steps to get to the room and pool. Thanks a lot for great service."

"I understand the country has blackouts, but the hotel doesn't have a backup power generator; not even for the reception; therefore, there is no lights for the Wi-Fi. The hotel obtains the water from the water well by pump; therefore, because there is no power, there is no water for the toilets, showers, etc. The hydromassage pool water was cold."

"The hotel has a unique vibe, a mixture of old as the original buildings is around 118 years old, but modern as the rooms are modern and the restaurant is a pleasure to eat in. It is off the noisy Main Street and a short walk to the hot springs. Everything was in excellent condition and Paulo was super helpful in all areas. His English was great which helped us a lot."

"Me pareció una estadía segura, cómoda y confortable. Me gustaría destacar que es necesario avisar si se lleva carro para reservar un puesto en el parqueo, ya que, una vez guardado, no se puede sacar hasta el día siguiente. Sin embargo, también es posible estacionarlo afuera sin inconvenientes, ya que los alrededores son muy seguros y cuentan con cámaras de vigilancia. Fue una experiencia agradable."

" The hotel is conveniently located right across from the park. It has a lovely little terrace offering a beautiful view. The breakfast is quite complete, and as always, the staff is incredibly kind. For what we were looking for, it was perfect. "

"I have stayed at this charming place twice already while visiting Banos. It is a very charming place with much cultural art displayed. Their hospitality is amazing as well as their restaurant and breakfast that is included. "

"Excellent stay. This is a family run hotel so very unofficial and welcoming making solo impromptu travel much easier when any reservation changes occur. As a solo traveler I felt extremely safe staying there and felt more like home than a hotel. One of the owners was also immensely helpful towards helping me arrange last minute tours I wanted to do and really made my stay in Banos exceptional.
