"The carpet had multiple stains in three bedrooms and the upstairs hallway. The pool house had a dirty floor and an iron stained pool. If I had gone in the pool I would have brought dirt in from the previous people."

It has a lot of space and a lot of steps which isn’t great for carrying luggage and groceries up to the main floor and then more steps for the open loft bedroom.
