"Lovely property right on the beach in La Vila Joiosa which is a magical town. Good facilities, can sit on balcony and watch those swimming and be in the sea in a couple of minutes. Very quiet but the one bad feature is the lack of curtains in the bedroom. There is a streetlamp that is more like a searchlight that is on the external walk of the bedrooms. There are shutters but they are ineffective so bring your thick eyeshades. Putting up some dark curtains would make it 5*. Nonetheless we...

"Very nice studio apartment with a beautiful view right onto the sea. Very clean, thoughtfully provisioned with all the necessary equipment and supplies: For the kitchen and dining table, for going to the beach, for easy cleanups. Large refrigerator/freezer, even a washing machine. Plenty of available closet space. Check-in was very easy and friendly, with a super nice and helpful gentleman who spoke very good English (and probably also speaks several other languages besides Spanish). He left us...

Balcony was pleasant area to sit especially to have breakfast and also to sit on of an evening. Was within easy walking distance to the beach and Old Town but also on good bus route, both from the airport and to the front and Old Town. Host left information at the apartment regarding the buses. "We had a great time in this flat in Alicante. Walking distance to great restaurants and the beach. We had a small issue with the AC and it was resolved immediately. The woman who helped us check in at the flat was incredibly helpful and kind."
