"The guest cottage was so beautiful. The kitchen was well-equipped. The furniture had hand carvings on it. Bed was super comfortable. The views were spectacular. The drive to the old city, Spello, was only minutes away. We visited Assissi while we were there, another ancient town."

"Ginestra is a spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. The grounds and swimming pool are really good and there are views to Assisi (which you can walk to (35-40 minutes). The Property Management team are all very helpful and the food the prepare is very good as well as the local restaurants. On the negative side, we did not have very much outside space and our table and sitting area were part of a shared area where other guests had breakfast or dinner so was not very private. "The house is ideal for a couple or family with up to 3 children. It is off the beaten track but that is its charm. The views are senational and the house lacks for nothing for self catering. The local town Spello is only 10 minutes drive away and is charming with excellent restaurants, interesting shops and and sights. Most impottantly, Nadia, the owner is the most conscientious and solicitous of host. She speaks admirable English and visited every other day to check we were OK and to to clean...

"Lage, Anlage ausgezeichnet. Habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt Besonders lobenswert ist "Hausherr" Andrea! Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die Duscheiinrichtung aus dem 19. Jahrhundert. Und: Wasser war meistens höchstens lauwarm. "

"We zijn zeer gastvrij ontvangen in het gezellige huis met zijn zeer grote omheinde tuin (1000 m) de woning is comfortabel en de gastheren hebben meer dan hun best gedaan om ons welkom te heten. In de koelkast stond al een biertje en frisdrank koud op ons te wachten. De omgeving is mooi en het meer is aangenaam van temperatuur. (Assisi is overigens zeer de moeite waard om te bekijken.) Afscheid was erg hartelijk we kregen zelfs een prachtige litho mee van een van de eigenaren. Top verblijf!"
