"A faultless place to stay and immediately booked again for next year before we left. Enclosed garden ideal for our dog. Owner allowed us to charge our car and has even said he will install a proper charger for us next year. A true commitment to Customer service. Now that we both work from home, we are seriously considering a long stay there in the future. It’s better than home! Haus Helga deserves to be fully booked all year round. Great house, great location and great hosts. Highly recommended...

"Wir waren in dieser Unterkunft über Pfingsten mit 13 Erwachsenen, 2 Kindern und 2 Babys. Lage ist okay, das Haus ist jedoch nicht zu empfehlen. Über 2600 Euro haben wir für 3 Nächte gezahlt, was leider nicht gerechtfertigt war. Folgendes mussten wir bemängeln: -Geschirrspülmaschine war nicht ausgeräumt -Keller war voller Müll/ kaputter Möbel -am Billardtisch fehlte 1 Kugel -1 Queue war kaputt -Spinnweben an jedem Fenster -defekte Tür durch die es 3 Tage lang gezogen hat -Licht im Ofen...

"This was a fabulous house, very well kitted out, comfortable beds, super & plentiful shower rooms, great kitchen & a lovely garden. To have ones own well water was a real treat & the owners were delightful & very easy to communicate with. "Die Anreise war durch den unerwarteten Schneefall etwas erschwert, aber wir waren mit Schneeketten gut gerüstet. Es war also besonders schön, daß uns ein warmes gemütliches Ferienhaus erwartete. Frau Lang hat noch am selben Abend angerufen und sich nach uns erkundigt, ob auch alles in Ordnung ist...das fanden wir sehr sehr angenehm. Wir haben uns die ganze Zeit sehr wohl gefühlt, es war alles sehr sauber und ordentlich, also 100% zu empfehlen, wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen. "

"The property is accurately described and the apartment is furnished with everything that is needed for an extended stay. It is an easy walk down the hill to Ellmau from the apartment. The mountain views from the apartment are spectacular. The owner is very easy to communicate with and always responds in a timely fashion. Our stay was for three days and we hope to return again. Highly recommended!"
