"It would be greatly appreciated if they cleaned the room on third stay as advertised. If only staff have read or stay at reception, they would received my request on late arrival and replied soon via email if unreachable. Spare room is alternate solution but knowing theres major fault it will be great for a better substitute like room upgrade or refund a night. Location wise it’s very accessible for tram station. I shall rate 50-50."

"The rumours are true - the rooms are soundproof. During my stay there was construction going on and while there was a slight hum, that was literally all I heard. Moreover, the reception and service was A1. Thanks for looking after me!"
