Portacot available. bathroom with shower and separate bath. Separate toilet. Large kitchen/lounge/dining with views of the bay. TV with USB port and Blu-Ray DVD player. Evaporated ducted air conditioning throughout plus reverse cycle wall unit in lounge/kitchen, ceiling fan in lounge; WiFi (limited usage) for guests use. Well equipped kitchen with 2 fridge/freezers and Well equipped kitchen 2 fridge/freezers and Nespresso coffee pod machine (BYO compatible pods). Top loading washing machine, iron and ironing board supplied. Small secure rear yard with flat plate barbecue, and outdoor bench seating. Ramp at rear door. Fish cleaning sink. Pets not permitted.

DIRECTIONS: Follow the signs through Moonta to Moonta Bay. Turn right from Bay Road onto Tossell Street, left onto Narrangga Terrace, and then right onto Marine Parade.
