"I stayed mulitple nights as I joined and left a tour group. The lower floors rooms are sufficient for a one night stay but if you want a more comfortable experience I would suggest getting a fourth floor room. "

"We got a free upgrade on our room which was a Fantastic start to our stay. They also left a beautiful happy birthday note for my husband and chocolates. Such a thoughtful gesture. The male bar staff were in particular so polite and genuinely helpful. They gave me a large bottle of table water to bring to my room complimentary when I asked if I could buy a bottle of water. Our room was huge with a balcony. We used the jacuzzi, sauna and steam room and tropical shower with the LED lights. So cool!...

"The staff were great. Very friendly and helpful. Easy check-in and check-out. The morning breakfast in the White Oak Room was pretty good with a varied menu. The 2 bars were fine. Average bar food. The location was great. Within walking distance of everywhere including plenty of pubs, restaurants, tourist locations etc. etc. The public areas of the hotel were in pretty good shape and well kept. "Place was quiet and secluded. My phone has practically 0 service and WiFi only worked for me outside. For 2 of us visiting the area for golf and stretch the Euro, it was perfect. We did run into some minor issues but didn’t get any response from Sykes management. Bathroom light stopped working during middle of our trip but we didn’t know how to get a hold of anyone and vrbo messaging didn’t work. They provide washer but there was no laundry detergent. There was fire place but couldn’t find...
