"The Cottage was very clean. Loft bed was not used, ones we did were comfortable. One thing that would have eliminated some phone calls to owner would be to have a book with information about the expectations upon check in and check out. As well as a few restaurants recommendations . Also a note on how to lock door if you aren’t able to fix. It was a wonderful place once we figured things out, as we were new to the area. And older!"

"This rental is so unique with the 2 sides, and was absolutely perfect for our wedding weekend. We had the groom’s friends staying on one side, and my friends staying on the other side. The two sides are connected through the sunroom and the backyard space is great which made bringing the whole group together so easy. "This was a great spot to stay with my wife, another couple, and my dog! The house is small - especially downstairs. But it is extremely well thought out and space is used as effectively as can be. Upstairs had 2 good sized bedrooms with king beds and a nicely renovated bathroom with a great shower. The house is located in a small, cute, and a bit of an unusual neighborhood. Very quiet. Very safe feel. But not too good for much dog walking and parking is super tight. Owner was very good with...
