"As soon as we arrived we were greeted warmly by Olaf who informed us that our room was already available despite us being nearly four hours before check in time. She gave us each a fresh orange juice as we checked in and then spent time with us explaining the highlights of St Lucia and booked us a wetlands boat trip for the next day. Breakfast was delightful. This was truly serene in name and nature. "

"The iGwalagwala Guest House is in pristine condition. The rooms are extremely clean, the breakfast is varied and tasty, and the pool is also extremely clean and welcoming. "We stayed in the smallest bungalow, shaped like a rondavel with wings added for a small kitchen on one end and a bathroom on the other end. It was clean and well stocked. Unfortunately we were unable to use the small private pool because it was spring and too cold. The only problem we encountered was the ability to contact the receptionist on the property who seemed to be unavailable on the weekend. "I always go to lake view however the condition of this particular unit was terrible The kitchen drawers was in a bad state where there were ants and cockroaches to a degree where the pots and pans needed to be washed before use No upgrades to this unit making me think twice to book again. Got pics and videos There are no coasters, I made my own out of a pizza box I always respect other people’s property as if it was my own Staff however extremely friendly "

"I have requested a quiet corner room while making the booking and upon checking in on arrival i was told to pay an extra R200 for the quiet room which i did pay to my surprise the following day I was asked again to pay an extra R200 ... which i did pay as i did not want to move to an other room...I really feel so disgusted about how people can be so so greedy when it comes to money that we will leave behind when dead...the place was even too noisy with the occupants upstairs."
