Quietly situated on the first floor of a two-story building the property enjoys a sunny balcony overlooking the complex’s tennis courts and shared garden.

Inside this comfortable home-from-home enjoys an open-plan living area furnished with a small sofa, an armchair, a smart flatscreen HDTV and a dining table. This area also incorporates the kitchen which leads out to the balcony and is fitted with; a cooker hob, an oven, a microwave, a coffee machine and a fridge freezer.

Location

The property is situated in the charming village of Monvalle on the eastern shore of Lake Maggiore. The village is known for its traditional Italian architecture and historic buildings including The Baroque Church of San Biagio.

The surrounding area is a paradise for outdoor enthusiasts. Visitors can enjoy various water sports such as swimming, sailing, kayaking, and windsurfing and will also find numerous hiking and biking trails that wind through the nearby mountains and forests. Sun lovers will enjoy Lake Maggiore’s beautiful Guree beach (a 10-minute walk) and the pretty beach at Reno (a 7-minute drive). Lake Monate (a 5-minute drive) and Lake of Varese (a 12-minute drive) also provide popular excursions.

Laveno’s car/passenger ferry (a 12-minute drive) will take visitors across to Intra where guests can enjoy Villa Taranto’s botanical gardens, the child-friendly zoo of Villa Pallavicino and the hiking opportunities of Mottarone. The beautiful lakeside promenade in Stresa is a 52-minute drive away and offers frequent boat tours to the Borromeo’s islands. Monvalle is also home to a handful of eateries and ‘Ristorantes’.
