"Quick winter getaway - mainly for the pool/waterslide/hottub. The room was clean and beds comfortable. I was disappointed that the hot tub was not hot. The hotel didn’t post that it was malfunctioning. The last day we were there it was a bit better but not great. Also it could use a deep clean. My son enjoyed the pool and waterslide. Overall a nice stay and close by to lots of restaurants and historic attractions."

"The staff were exceptionally warm, friendly and helpful including those at the front desk, at poolside and in the breakfast room. They have a beautiful pool with warm water and two saunas. The only negative was that the hot tub and one sauna were in need of service. "

"Near waterfront, plenty of options available for the average traveler. Ding and stores within reach. "

"We enjoyed our stay we just didn’t like the fact that it took a long time for hot water to run. The shower head water pressure wasn’t good barely any water coming out. Took a long time to shower. Mini fridge wasn’t cold at all more of room temperature. Heat was good but it’s not the whole time. Maybe half the night. Soo be prepared. The outside area is beautiful, quiet and peaceful loved the fact you have your own parking spot in front of room. Overall rating 3.5 "

"I stayed at the Mansion House Inn and Spa during the off season with my brother. The rooms were clean and tidy, the staff helpful and cheerful, and the location one of the best in Vineyard Haven. The location is second to none— it is right around the corner from the ferry, located right on main street, and has plenty of dining options only a minute away. Just a heads up— reaching the parking spot is a little tight. Other than that, we fully enjoyed our stay!"
