"The property had a very modern style and was well suited to a family that wanted a good sized house with room for both inside and outside living. The pool was excellent in terms of size and provided a welcomed break from the sunny days outside. "Lovely house, with all the comforts you may require. Plenty of room for us to spread out as the house is on two floors and there is a separate annex. "The front door was broken so we could not lock it, which according to the neighbor was 'the only' issue of the house (he was the only contact we were provided with, and did the check in with us). The fridge handle was broken and had a cork as replacement the freezer was broken door was broken too so we had to play with both to close the fridge. Waking up to the blissful sound of birds, and inhaling lavender in full bloom across the road, the chateau was the perfect escape from our busy life in Sydney, Australia. "Déçus par la maison qui mériterait un grand rafraîchissement ainsi qu’un grand nettoyage. Seules la literie et les salles de bains étaient convenables . Le bruit de la rue est insupportable et nous a valu des nuits blanches. "

"We loved the property and a wonderful week There was plenty of space for 9 of us. We loved dinners outside and lounging around the beautiful pool. The village is small but it’s great to be able to enjoy a meal within a few minutes walk. There is a good size supermarket 5 minutes drive away. We’d recommend local wine tasting and the market on Saturday. "

A wonderful garden and a swimming pool. The pool is big and perfect for our child (5y) and for the rest of the family (all adults). "We loved our stay at Fred's house. Fred is great with communication. He responds really quickly to my texts. His house is located at the base of the medieval village, about 3 minutes from the Roman bridge. It takes no time to get anywhere in Vaison from this house. My husband and I took trips to different places every day, but loved coming back to the house, sitting on the little balcony and watch all the action on the street. I loved the view as well."

A gem in Orange, France

"A lovely, well executed, homely hotel. A very comfortable and spacious room with some cool furniture and a big dressing area that made me wish I was staying longer! The bathroom was a good size with a big shower and a bath, the fittings are dated, but all function and everything was mostly spotless. Staff were efficient and friendly. I ate in the restaurant, the food was great, I had the fregola, and a glass of local wine. The service was welcoming and lovely. I would definately stay there again."

No one around to help you

"the front desk closes at 7pm and they charge you 25 euro to call them if it's a non-emergency. we didn't have any sheets on one of the beds so there was nothing we could do. rooms are very basic and dated"
